STX-Only Stakers

Participants who lock STX without a paired BTC commitment.

STX-only stakers continue the existing stacking-style participation path without pairing BTC. In PoX-5, they receive residual STX-only staking tranche BTC yield after paired BTC obligations are handled, ahead of the reserve fund allocation, and they must still be associated with a Stacks signer.
